Tips for a Successful Pre-Demolition Sale Buying Experience

Arrive early – Our Sales are very popular and we allow entry to the site on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want to be sure you get the item(s) on your shopping list, consider arriving 30-60 min before the official start time.

Come prepared – Pre-Demolition Sale homes frequently do not have electricity or gas service available, therefore:

• Dress appropriately—the site can be cool in the winter or warm in the summer
• Bring a flashlight
• Bring tools (manual or cordless) and gloves—most items require disassembly/removal
• Prepare for transport—know how you’re going to get your purchased materials from the Sale to your location
• For larger items that require more significant disassembly, you can arrange to return within the next week for removal and transport
