The church was built in 1893 by the Swedish Methodist Church. By 1950, the Methodist congregation had outgrown the church and built their current place of worship at 43rd Street and Howard Avenue. They then sold the original church building to Masonic Lodge No. 1136, which has used it as their Masonic Temple since 1951. Someone broke in to the church are broke up the kitchen cabinets and are beyond being used, but there there is more cool items for sale. there’s 36″ Solid 6 Panel Pine Doors, Bathroom Fixtures, Hot Water Boiler, Furnace with A/C Unit, Roof Top Unit, Pews, Stained Glass Windows, 100′ of 39″ Original Bead Board, Gothic Chandelier’s 4′ Round Beautiful Stain Glass Window and more.

The 2,200 square foot house next door was build in 1904 and has most of its original Doors, Trim, Quarter Sawn Oak Flooring, Small Kitchen with SS Appliances, Furnace. 

After this weekend of the Open House Sale, the Sale gets move to our Appointment Sale, so if your are still interested in any item(s) you can still purchase it. The Appointment Sale goes on until the house is demoed or all items are sold.
