The Kitchen Cabinets are custom cabinet so there not like box cabinets. Kitchen is about 15 years old, but in good shape. Footprint of the Kitchen is 14′ X 18′. Included in the purchase is the Island, Bookcase, All the Cabinets, Granite Counters, SS Sink, Faucet and Disposal. All Appliances are for sale, Wolf 30″ Double Oven, Sub-Zero 36″ French Style Refrigerator, Microwave, DECOR Cooktop with Down Draft Exhaust System and Miele SS Dishwasher.  The Chairs around the Island are also for sale. Chandelier and Wall Sconces are also available.

The Master Bath and Powder Room on the first floor are being redone. Bathroom fixture available is 2 Kohler Memoirs® Stately 1.28 GPF, 1 piece toilet, 42″ White Vanity with Black Granite Top, 66″ Aquatic Whirlpool Tub, 2-66″ Vanity in Master, Glass Shower Door and Shower Hardware.
