This is a small 1400 square foot ranch on the northwest side of Elmhurst, but it has a lot of good and reusable materials. The house was Rehabbed 3 years ago. The homeowners are moving out around the 21st of February. I will go back around that date and and finish taking more photos. There are some photos posted to give you a sample of what some of the items are and condition. The house is coming down end of March or beginning of April.
