This 9000 sf home on a five-acre estate in Highland Park was literally picked to the bones at one of our pre-demolition sales in June of 2015. Kitchen, bathrooms, windows, fixtures, landscaping/hardscaping– you name it.  Pretty much the only thing we didn’t sell was the front door!

One of our largest, this pre-demolition sale grossed over $70,000, returning most of the fixtures and finishes to reuse before the remaining skeleton of the home was demolished and disposed of.
